Things are moving quite fast for Abby Newman and Chance Chancellor. Y&R spoilers for Friday, April 7, say the ex-couple finally has their closure after their breakup.
During a conversation, Abby tells Chance that Devon Hamilton asked her and baby Dominic to move in with him. She wants to consider her ex-husband's feelings before making any decision.
Young and the Restless spoilers reveal Chance is okay with it and encourages her to just go for it. Abby then invites him to move back into the Chancellor's mansion, adding that it's his birthright to live there.
Chance thinks it's no big deal, but Abby insists it's more than just a house. Both agree that they'll keep their son's room as is for when he visits.
Chance Takes His Chances with Sharon?
Later, Chance Chancellor tells Sharon Rosales about Abby Newman's decision. Young and the Restless spoilers say she's shocked and assumed it must have been hard for him.
Chance claims it wasn't difficult. Sharon thinks that's good and that it marks the end of things for them.
However, he knows it won't be a clean break, especially with Dominic connecting them. Sharon urges him to let go of his anger as it will only hurt him.
Chance playfully replies that he can pay for this therapy session or she can go out to dinner with him. Sharon agrees. Is this the beginning of a new romance in Genoa City?
Young and the Restless: Abby Takes Up Devon on His Offer?
Meanwhile, Abby Newman arrives at Devon Hamilton's place. Y&R spoilers say she tells him that she accepts his offer and wants to move in with him. The couple shares a kiss, seemingly more in love than ever.
Earlier, Devon tells Lily that he asked Abby to live with him. While she's very happy for her brother, she can't help but wonder if he's moving too fast. After all, it hasn't been that long since he and Amanda parted ways.
Devon insists that he loves Abby and that it only makes sense that they live together. He adds that he felt closure after talking to Amanda last time. Will Abby and Chance finally get their happy ending with their new partners?
