Young and the Restless spoilers tease paranoia sets in Jack Abbott. Things have been quite complicated for him lately, especially at Jabot.
Jack recently promoted Diane Jenkins, which did not sit well with Ashley Abbott. Meanwhile, Billy Abbott urges Diane to resign before the situation gets worse.
But it seems Jack has someone else he's worried about. Y&R spoilers say he fears Victor Newman will go after his company. Is he right to worry?
Young and the Restless: Jack Offends Nikki?
Jack Abbott meets Nikki Newman at Neil's lounge in GCAC. The two catch up about business and family matters.
Young and the Restless spoilers say Nikki knows the conflict between the Abbott siblings is rough. She asks how Jack is holding up.
In particular, Nikki wants to know if he has Jabot's board behind him. Jack suspects she's on a fact-finding mission, which she offends her.
Jack's paranoid that Victor Newman will take advantage of the situation and go after Jabot. He knows what he's capable of and fears he has his eyes on his company.
But Nikki insists that is not the case at all. She's just curious as to what's really going on with him. Jack apologizes and points out that he's feeling sensitive to betrayal.
Nikki Gives Her Two Cents?
Nikki Newman and Jack Abbott's conversation turns to Ashley Abbott. Young and the Restless spoilers say Mrs. Newman finds it awful that she builds a company with Tucker McCall.
Still, she believes the siblings can overcome this rift. Nikki is confident that Jack and Ashley will fix their relationship before it's too late.
However, Jack is not sure if that'll ever happen. Ashley has been eaten by hatred and consumed by thoughts of revenge on Diane.
Young and the Restless spoilers add Jack blames Tucker. Nikki offers help, though she admits she hasn't forgotten what Diane did to her.
Nikki notes that Jack seems happy because of Diane. She hasn't seen that sparkle in his eye in a while. So even though she has her own issues with Diane, she's setting that aside for Jack — at least for now.

Meanwhile, Jabot might be at risk if the rift between Jack and Ashley Abbott continues to worsen. Young and the Restless spoilers note the family is now divided on whose side to take, especially when it comes to the company.
Jack is determined to kick Ashley out of the Jabot board. However, his siblings, Billy and Traci, aren't too keen on it. They remind him of their father's wish to have all of them have a seat on the board.
This week, Billy also asks Diane to resign. He thinks it's in Jack and Jabot's best interest if she quietly steps down. Will Diane agree?
